Getting tickets into the hands of fans, at prices set by the artist, is always our top priority. The Smart Queue helps us do just that by keeping bots out and giving everyone a fair shot.

How the Ticketmaster Queue Works

Find your event on ticketmaster.sg
Join the Waiting Room 15 -30 minutes before the sale begins – you no longer need to join hours before onsale.
When the sale starts, the Smart Queue opens and you’ll receive a random place in line.
When it’s your turn, you’ll automatically enter the site to select your seats and checkout. Tickets are first-come, first-served and not guaranteed.

Tip: Your page will automatically refresh when the queue opens, so no need to keep clicking refresh. If you encounter an error, follow the on-screen steps or sign out and back in; your spot in the queue will stay the same.

For a Smoother Ticket-Buying Experience

Sign in early. You’ll need to be logged in to join the Waiting Room.
Check all the details in your account are up to date.
Add your phone number. A valid number is required to purchase and access your tickets.
Turn up your sound. If you need to step away, you’ll hear a ding! when it’s your turn.
No need to rush. Joining the Waiting Room early doesn’t give you an earlier place in line — just make sure you’re in 15-30 minutes before the sale starts.
Stay put. Once in the Smart Queue, your spot will auto-refresh — so don’t refresh, close, or navigate away from the page.
