How much do tickets cost?
Prices and Seat Map will be released on the day of the first Presale.
Prices may vary by location and availability, and quantities may be limited. All tickets and ticket types are subject to availability and may sell out. Applicable booking fees are not included in the ticket price. These will be displayed at checkout and are as follows:
• $10 booking fee per ticket for tickets $301 and above
• $8 booking fee per ticket for tickets between $101 and $300
• $6 booking fee per ticket for tickets priced between $1 and $100
Are there VIP Packages available?
Yes! 5 Seconds of Summer is offering VIP packages. Here’s what you can expect:

UPRGADE BITE THE APPLE purchased without a valid show ticket, or in excess of the number of tickets held, will be deemed invalid and non-redeemable, and no refunds will be issued.

When do tickets go on sale?
Artiste Presale: Tue, 5th May, 10am to 11:59pm
Mastercard Presale: Wed, 6th May, 10am to Thu, 7th May, 10am
Live Nation Presale: Thu, 7th May, 12pm to 11:59pm
General Sale: Fri, 8th May, 10am
Who is eligible for each presale?
Artiste Presale: This presale is for 5 Seconds of Summer subscribers only. Visit 5sos.com/pages/tour-hub for more information.
Mastercard Presale: This presale is for Mastercard holders only. You will only be able to complete your transaction using a valid Mastercard.
Live Nation Presale: This presale is for Live Nation members only. Live Nation members must access their presale by logging into their account. Become a member by signing up at www.livenation.sg.

Do I need a code to access the General Sale?
No. To access the General Sale, you just need to be signed into your Ticketmaster account.
How can I purchase accessible tickets?
Customers who require accessible seating options should contact our Call Centre on +65 6018 7645. Terms and conditions apply.
Venues are solely responsible for establishing their own accessible ticket policies. Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary by venue.
What is the ticket limit?
You may purchase a maximum of 6 tickets per transaction during the Presale and General Sale.
Please adhere to the published ticket limit. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or any other information.
How will I get my ticket?
Tickets for this tour will be mobile-only. You can access your tickets via mobile web browser at Ticketmaster.sg
Log into your Ticketmaster account and update your password if needed!
Get in early and ensure all your Ticketmaster account details are up to date – your password and your phone number.
Ticketmaster will regularly ask you to update your password to ensure the security of your account – you don’t want to get stuck having to change your password while the ticket timer is counting down during the purchase process as you can risk losing your selected tickets.
Instead, now that you know you want to purchase tickets, log into your account and update your password today to ensure you are ready to nab those tickets.
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
- The Organiser/Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the Event by others.
- Ticket holders assume all risk of injury and all responsibility for property loss, destruction or theft and release the promoters, performers, sponsors, ticket outlets, venues, and their employees from any liability thereafter.
- The resale of ticket(s) at the same or any price is prohibited.
- There is no refund, exchange or cancellation once ticket(s) are sold. Upgrade of ticket(s) is subject to terms & conditions.
- We would like to caution members of the public against purchasing tickets from unauthorized sellers or 3rd party websites. By purchasing tickets through these non-authorized points of sale, buyers take on the risk that the validity of the tickets cannot be guaranteed, with no refunds possible.
ADMISSION POLICY
Admission to show/venue by full ticket only. Tickets must be produced for admission.
There will be no admission for infants in arms and children below 6 years old.
Individuals aged 6 years old and above will be required to purchase a ticket for admission.
No professional photography, videography and social media live streaming allowed.
No outside food and beverage are allowed into the venue.
