BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ will be staged in Singapore for an unprecedented four-night stadium engagement, marking the group’s longest-running Asia stop outside of Japan and Korea. The highly anticipated performances will also mark the first time in seven years that BTS returns to Singapore as a complete group, creating a landmark moment for fans across Southeast Asia.

The Singapore concerts will be part of BTS’ upcoming global stadium tour, which is set to become the largest tour in K-pop history.
For the first time in BTS touring history, the production will feature a groundbreaking 360-degree open stage installed in a stadium-scale venue, designed to maximize audience immersion and deliver an entirely new live concert experience. The innovative stage configuration will allow fans from every section of the venue to experience the performance from multiple perspectives, bringing audiences closer to BTS than ever before.

Who is eligible for the Presales?
ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE: To participate, the event organiser requires you to have an ARMY MEMBERSHIP (GLOBAL) and register for the presale on Weverse by Monday, 25th May, 10pm.
LIVE NATION PRESALE: This presale is for Live Nation members only. Live Nation members must access the presale by logging into their account on the Live Nation website. Become a member by signing up at livenation.sg.
How do I sign up for the ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE?
ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE registration closes on Monday, 25th May at 10pm. Register for the presale on Weverse before this deadline to be eligible to purchase tickets during the presale.
If you register for the ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE for Singapore, you’ll be able to access tickets for all shows in Singapore.
How will the Sale work during the ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE?
Only ARMY MEMBERSHIP (GLOBAL) holders who have registered for the ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE on Weverse, will be eligible to purchase tickets during the presale.
When it’s your turn to shop, your ARMY MEMBERSHIP NUMBER (starting with BA+9 digits) will be required to unlock the tickets. There is no additional presale code needed.
Please save your ARMY MEMBERSHIP NUMBER somewhere easily accessible so you can reference it quickly during the sale.
If you have more than one ARMY MEMBERSHIP, your GLOBAL Membership number will be validated.

How can I create a Ticketmaster account?
If you don’t have an account, visit ticketmaster.sg and click “Sign In/Register now.” Enter your email address to check if you have a valid Ticketmaster Account. If you don’t, you’ll be prompted to create one.
How do I find my ARMY MEMBERSHIP NUMBER?
Follow these simple steps:
- Open the Weverse app and open BTS Weverse
- Tap the “Membership” icon
- Click on “View Membership Details” under your “ARMY MEMBERSHIP” to access your mobile membership card
- Find your 9-digit ARMY MEMBERSHIP NUMBER on the card starting with BA
- For shows in Asia-Pacific, only the GLOBAL Membership will be eligible
What is the ticket limit for BTS?
ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE: A maximum of 4 tickets per code per account per show
LIVE NATION PRESALE & GENERAL ONSALE: A maximum of 4 tickets per account per show
Please adhere to the published ticket limit. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or any other information.
How can I purchase accessible tickets?

Venues are solely responsible for establishing their own accessible ticket policies. Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary by venue.
How will I get my ticket?
Tickets for this tour will be mobile-only. You can access your tickets via mobile web browser at Ticketmaster.sg. Tickets will be released in the lead-up to the event, approximately two (2) weeks prior to the event. This timing may vary at the discretion of the Event Organizer. Tickets must be produced upon admission.
Log into your Ticketmaster account and update your password if needed!
Get in early and ensure all your Ticketmaster account details are up to date – your password and your phone number.
Ticketmaster will regularly ask you to update your password to ensure the security of your account – you don’t want to get stuck having to change your password while the ticket timer is counting down during the purchase process as you can risk losing your selected tickets.
Instead, now that you know you want to purchase tickets, log into your account and update your password today to ensure you are ready to nab those tickets.
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
- The Organiser/Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the Event by others.
- Ticket holders assume all risk of injury and all responsibility for property loss, destruction or theft and release the promoters, performers, sponsors, ticket outlets, venues, and their employees from any liability thereafter.
- The resale of ticket(s) at the same or any price is prohibited.
- There is no refund, exchange or cancellation once ticket(s) are sold. Upgrade of ticket(s) is subject to terms & conditions.
- We would like to caution members of the public against purchasing tickets from unauthorized sellers or 3rd party websites. By purchasing tickets through these non-authorized points of sale, buyers take on the risk that the validity of the tickets cannot be guaranteed, with no refunds possible.
ADMISSION POLICY
- Admission to show/venue by full ticket only. Tickets must be produced for admission.
- There will be no admission for infants in arms and children below 3 years old.
- Individuals aged 3 years old and above will be required to purchase a ticket for admission.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older, who holds a valid ticket, remains with them throughout the event, and is responsible for their safety.
- No professional photography, videography and social media live streaming allowed.
- No outside food and beverage are allowed into the venue.
