- $6 booking fee per ticket for tickets priced between $1 and $100

Do I need a code to access the General Sale?
No. To access the General Sale, you just need to be signed into your Ticketmaster account.
How can I purchase accessible tickets?

What is the ticket limit?
You may purchase a maximum of 6 tickets during the presale and 6 tickets during the General Sale.
Please adhere to the published ticket limit. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or any other information.
How will I get my ticket?
Tickets for this tour are available via Print-at-Home Tickets.
Print-At-Home E-tickets will only be issued to your Ticketmaster Account . Tickets will be released in the lead up to the event. Your tickets will not be emailed to you. Please login to your Ticketmaster Account to view your tickets.
Upon purchase of ticket(s), you will only receive a booking confirmation email. Please allow time for email delivery. Kindly check your junk mail or spam folder for the confirmation emails if it is not in your inbox.
If you do not receive the confirmation email within an hour after the transaction is completed, you may contact us at +65 6018 7645 to check if the transaction is successful. Kindly note that we are unable to resend confirmation emails.
Will there be a queue in place prior to ticketing going on sale?
We expect that tickets to Doja Cat – Ma Vie World Tour will be in high demand, and to make the process fair for everyone you may be placed in a queue.
You will be assigned a random place in the queue once the on sale starts. Your place in the queue is not based on what time you entered the Holding Room. We suggest entering the Holding Room 15-30 minutes prior to the start of the Presale.

- The resale of ticket(s) at the same or any price is prohibited.
- There is no refund, exchange or cancellation once ticket(s) are sold. Upgrade of ticket(s) is subject to terms & conditions.

ADMISSION POLICY
- Admission to show/venue by full ticket only. Printed/electronic tickets must be produced for admission.
- There will be no admission for infants in arms and children below 6 years old.
- Individuals aged 6 years old and above will be required to purchase a ticket for admission.
- Please note that you are not allowed into the standing pen areas due to safety reasons if you fall into any of the categories below:
- Children under 12 years old by date of birth
- Individual with height below 1.2 meters
- No professional photography, videography and social media live streaming allowed.
