• $10 booking fee per ticket for tickets $301 and above
• $8 booking fee per ticket for tickets between $101 and $300
• $6 booking fee per ticket for tickets priced between $1 and $100

How can I purchase accessible tickets?
Customers who require accessible seating options should contact our Call Centre on +65 6018 7645. Terms and conditions apply.
Venues are solely responsible for establishing their own accessible ticket policies. Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary by venue.
What is the ticket limit?
You may purchase a maximum of 4 tickets during the presale and 6 tickets during the General Sale.
Please adhere to the published ticket limit. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or any other information.
How will I get my ticket?
Tickets can be accessed via your Ticketmaster Account. Admission to the show/venue is by ticket only. Printed/electronic tickets must be produced upon admission.

Will there be a queue in place prior to ticketing going on sale?
We expect that tickets to G.E.M. will be in high demand, and to make the process fair for everyone you may be placed in a queue.
You will be assigned a random place in the queue once the on sale starts. Your place in the queue is not based on what time you entered the Holding Room. We suggest entering the Holding Room 15-30 minutes prior to the start of the Presale.
Once you get your spot in the queue, please do not refresh your browser as you will be pushed to the end of the line.
We will get you through the queue as quickly as possible, so please sit tight.
Log into your Ticketmaster account and update your password if needed!
Get in early and ensure all your Ticketmaster account details are up to date – your password and your phone number.
Ticketmaster will regularly ask you to update your password to ensure the security of your account – you don’t want to get stuck having to change your password while the ticket timer is counting down during the purchase process as you can risk losing your selected tickets.

Ticket holders assume all risk of injury and all responsibility for property loss, destruction or theft and release the promoters, performers, sponsors, ticket outlets, venues, and their employees from any liability thereafter.
The resale of ticket(s) at the same or any price is prohibited.
There is no refund, exchange or cancellation once ticket(s) are sold. Upgrade of ticket(s) is subject to terms & conditions.

ADMISSION POLICY
Admission to show/venue by full ticket only. Printed/electronic tickets must be produced for admission.
There will be no admission for infants in arms and children below 3 years old.
Individuals aged 3 years old and above will be required to purchase a ticket for admission.
Any individual who is 12 years old and below must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 and above, who will be responsible for their safety.
No professional photography, videography and social media live streaming allowed.
No outside food and beverage are allowed into the venue.
