Prices may vary by location and availability, and quantities may be limited. All tickets and ticket types are subject to availability and may sell out. Applicable booking fees are not included in the ticket price. These will be displayed at checkout and are as follows:
• $10 booking fee per ticket for tickets $301 and above
• $8 booking fee per ticket for tickets between $101 and $300
• $6 booking fee per ticket for tickets priced between $1 and $100

Do I need a code to access the General Sale?
No. To access the General Sale, you just need to be signed into your Ticketmaster account.
How can I purchase accessible tickets?
Customers who require accessible seating options should contact our Call Centre on +65 6018 7645. Terms and conditions apply.
Venues are solely responsible for establishing their own accessible ticket policies. Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary by venue.
What is the ticket limit?
• EXO-L MEMBERSHIP (GL) PRESALE: A maximum of 2 tickets per code
• LIVE NATION PRESALE: A maximum of 4 tickets per transaction
• GENERAL SALE: A maximum of 6 tickets per transaction
Please adhere to the published ticket limit. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or any other information.
How will I get my ticket?
Tickets can be accessed via your Ticketmaster Account. Admission to the show/venue is by ticket only. Tickets must be produced upon admission.

Get in early and ensure all your Ticketmaster account details are up to date – your password and your phone number.
Ticketmaster will regularly ask you to update your password to ensure the security of your account – you don’t want to get stuck having to change your password while the ticket timer is counting down during the purchase process as you can risk losing your selected tickets.

- The Organiser/Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the Event by others.
- Ticket holders assume all risk of injury and all responsibility for property loss, destruction or theft and release the promoters, performers, sponsors, ticket outlets, venues, and their employees from any liability thereafter.
- The resale of ticket(s) at the same or any price is prohibited.
- There is no refund, exchange or cancellation once ticket(s) are sold. Upgrade of ticket(s) is subject to terms & conditions.
- We would like to caution members of the public against purchasing tickets from unauthorised sellers or 3rd party websites. By purchasing tickets through these non-authorised points of sale, buyers take on the risk that the validity of the tickets cannot be guaranteed, with no refunds possible.
ADMISSION POLICY
- Admission to show/venue by full ticket only. Printed/electronic tickets must be produced for admission.
- There will be no admission for infants in arms and children below 3 years old.
- Individuals aged 3 years old and above will be required to purchase a ticket for admission.
- Any individual who is 12 years old and below must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 and above, who will be responsible for their safety.
- Please note that you are not allowed into the standing pen areas due to safety reasons if you fall into any of the categories below:
- Children under 12 years old by date of birth
- Individual with height below 1.2 meters
- No professional photography, videography and social media live streaming allowed.
- No outside food and beverage are allowed into the venue.
